Quick review time. I use this as an eye brightener like how you would use white pencil on the waterline.
This is the more subtle way of making your eyes look well rested than using white liner.

What I have here is in the shade of Natural.
I swatched it beside my NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk just for reference.
Just a closer look. I only use iPhone camera so sorry if quality is not at par.
It says here that it's water resistant which is good for use on the waterline.
Ingredients listed are silica, mica and zinc oxide which are typical mineral makeup ingredients.
Net weight is 0.04 oz/1.14 g.
Pros:
*affordable at less than php150 (maybe php138, not sure as I lost my receipt)
*good enough replacement for Nyx Wonder Pencil
*great for lining the waterline
