Lechon Manok
In case of emergency (you know those times you're just too lazy to cook), what is your default 'ulam'? Ours is lechon manok - specifically Sr Pedro.
Why? Because it's simply delicious and affordable.
Their chicken is stuffed with tanglad (lemongrass) which gives its unique taste. It's so simple. No gravy needed. The toyo, calamansi, and sili is the perfect sawsawan.
A whole chicken price ranges from Php198-210 - I guess it depends on the chicken supply. Still, price is lesser than other brands.

*Simpleng lechon manok - tanglad, toyo, calamansi lang solve na.
