Home-Made Avocado Ice Cream

Avocado Ice Cream
Recipe






Ingredients:
Ripe Avocado
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 can condensed milk
Nonflavored gelatin powder
Water
2 oz Cream Cheese 


Procedure:
- Scoop out the avocado flesh and mash. Set aside.
- Whip the cream cheese.  Dissolve gelatin with hot water.  Let cool and pour into cream cheese.  Whip until well incorporated.
- On separate bowl, whip heavy cream until firm peaks form.  Do not overmix as it will disintegrate.  Pour the cream cheese mixture and whip again carefully until incorporated.
- Add avocado and condensed milk.  Eyeball the amount of condensed milk to your preferred sweetness.  Whip again or fold gently.
- Transfer into a container and freeze for a few hours until set.
- Scoop out for yourself and enjoy.

This is the mixture consistency after all have been mixed.
