Instant Mash Potato

On this recipe, we will use potato flakes to make our mash potato.  No need to boil and literary mash potatoes.



INGREDIENTS:
*potato flakes
*hot water
*butter
*milk
*salt
*cheese


PROCEDURE:
Gradually pour in hot water over the potato flakes and stir until it is the consistency of mash potato.
Add butter, milk, cheese and salt.
Mix well.
Ready to serve or you can still microwave this just to make sure the mash potato is served hot.

I found a big bag of potato flakes over at All About Baking php280 for 1kg.

Regarding the measurements, just eyeball it. Add the salt last as the cheese and butter can already gives salty taste.
