Maybelline
Eyestudio Crayon Brow in Gray
Natural Brow Liner
I found a fairly good waxy brow liner in Maybelline. This particular one is in the color GRAY and is a current favorite of mine. As you know, locally, it is rare to find a gray liner. Usual eyebrow liner are brown or black. The brown is fine, but the black can turn out to be too much.
Gray is such a perfect eyebrow shade for black-haired girls like us Filipinas. The formula of this liner is easier to control as it swatches kinda light. On filling the brows, I find is better to build up product than to put on too much and try to erase some off.
Above is the packaging it went with. The price can also be seen. Purchased this one at Mercury Drug for Php149 only.
At the back it says:
"A classic wooden pencil liner for defining and creating natural-looking eyebrows."
How to use:
*Fill in your natural arch by shading in short, feather-like strokes.
*Extend and define the brow shape, lining the sides for a cleaner finish.
Ingredients: hydrogenated vegetable oil, ozokertie, Copernicia cerifera cera/carnauba wax, Ricinus communis oil/castor seed oil, sorbitan tristearate, lecithin, tocopherol, glyceryl stearate, ascorbyl, palmitate, glyceryl oleate
[May Contain: CI 77492, CI 77499/iron oxides, CI 77891/titanium dioxide, mica, CI 77510/ferric ferrocyanide
My Thoughts:
*Love the color. Complements black hair better than black or brown.
*Product is buildable for more natural brow look.
*Affordable and price point is at the same level as the locally available brands (e.g. Ever Bilena, Nichido, etc.)
Thank you for reading.
God bless. (^_~)
