*egg
*cold water
*microwave-safe bowl
*salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Pour cold water on a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Crack egg into the cold water.
3. Microwave on high heat for 45 seconds. Check the egg if it is already cooked. If not, microwave it for another round of 45 seconds. Microwave 5 seconds longer for less runny yolk.
4. Gently lift the egg and transfer out of the water.
5. Add salt and pepper if desired.
