Easy Mac and Cheese Recipe

Gusto ko kumain ng pasta pero mejo tinatamad ako magluto ng sauce so eto ang resulta ---- easy lazy mac and cheese.




Ingredients:
250 g macaroni pasta
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose cream
1 cup cheese or more
2 tbsp butter
pinch of salt

1.  Cook macaroni pasta until al dente.
2.  Drain cooked macaroni and then add back to the pot.
3.  Put milk, cream, cheese and salt.
4.  Cook until all cheese have melted.
5.  This next step is optional.  For a crispy topping, mix melted butter and japanese bread crumbs.  Put this as a topping to the mac and cheese and then cook in the oven until golden brown.  Voila!


For this mac and cheese, I just used Cheezee processed cheese --- eh eto na kasi nakastock sa ref.  Choosy pa ba, lazy nga eh, hehe.

Cheddar cheese would be more ideal especially the sharp cheddar (orangey color).  Hence yun pic, parang mayonaise lang kasi white ang mac and cheese ko. Dapat ma-yellow pa pero syempre masarap naman to.  Try nyo and tell me how it went.
