Wai Ying
Benavidez Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila
(in front of Hope Christian High School)
We had lunch at Wai Ying for our very late Christmas celebration. This branch is the one I had visited a few times. Usually, I get my Wai Ying hakaw and siomai fix at their 168 branch in Divisoria. Pictured below are what I ordered for lunch.

Hakaw |
Hakaw is my favorite. I get this every time I am in Divisoria as well as their siomai. Hakaw is a shrimp dumpling. I like the Wai Ying's version because the wrapper is not a heavy dough.
|
Asado Rice |
Asado Rice serving is really big. I like the meat. I think it is cured just like hams, and the sauce is not too sweet and thick. Sometimes the meat can get tough, and chewing can be a chore.

Bottled Buko Juice |
I found out about this bottled buko juice in Wai Ying. I never see this at the grocery's. The taste of this Lipa Fresh Coconut Drink is truly fresh like the ones we buy at our
suking mambubuko. There are also bits of coconut meat in it.

Fried Wanton |
For our group, we ordered these Fried Wanton with 12 pieces each serving.
Here I took a photo of the Waiying Fastfood Menu:
Thank you for reading.
God bless. (^_~)
